The client performed all 3 National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) standardized field sobriety tests (SFST’s) including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN), 9 Step Walk and Turn (WAT), and the One Leg Stand (OLS), and failed all of the tests. The client blew a .120 on the Intoxilyzer 9000 after being read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice. DUI and all charges dismissed.

The client then advised that the client was drunk. The client also had a suspended license in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-5-121 from a previous DUI. DUI and all charges dismissed.

Client was involved in a single vehicle accident and was arrested for DUI. Client failed all standardized field sobriety tests as performed by a Georgia State Patrol Trooper. Client was arrested, read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice, and agreed to take a state certified breath test. The results of the state certified breath test on the Intoxilyzer 9000 was .133. All of the clients charges were dismissed including the Failure to Maintain Lane charge which lead to the accident.

The client failed all of the field sobriety tests. The client was arrested for DUI, read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice, and refused to submit to a breath test. All charges, including the charges for striking the parked vehicles, were dismissed.
